Core Mechanics
Levels is standard and sync globally. They can be useful once you reach a certain level threshold.
Currently, the maximum level obtainable is level 100. To calculate the XP required, this is your Current Level x 100 XP. Requires 100 XP to level up to level 2, and 200 XP for level 2 > 3.
This sub system is designed to prevent insane gear crafted by players and super unbalanced. This will likely increase value of gear, making it more rare and prized.
The base success chance is 15%. The chance can be increased during admin events, potion effects (custom) and when you have reached max level (+10%).
Keeping it basic, all players have a base 5% chance of triggering Critical Damage, which is dealt by your Crit DMG value. The default base value is 20%.
There is no cooldown.
Wither | All damage +30%, All defense +20%.
Ender Dragon | Max damage taken is 20HP. All damage +10%, All defense +10%. Additionally, all projectile damage dealt by players is increased by +50%, this ignores the Max damage taken buff.
Skeleton | All damage -10%
Creeper | When damaged, Slow II is applied to the creeper for 1.5 seconds.
Items Effects are extra quality of life update, designed to slow progression, increase value and balance the general economy of the survival gamemode.
Shattered effect reduces or prevents the normal use cases of each item.
Ores | Prevent crafting and smelting of affected items.
Weapon | Deals 80% less damage.
Shattered ores and weapons can be converted back to the normal state by combining 4 of the same fragments via the NPC: Alchemist located at spawn. This removes any and all enchantments, names and attributes, but will also repair the weapon.
